Job Description:
Tabby is seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with our marketing team to evaluate our marketing efforts and help us acquire and retain users. You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing marketing strategies to drive impactful results. This position requires collaboration with our Analysts, Marketing, and Product teams in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide analytical support to the Marketing and Product Marketing teams, including evaluating customer acquisition cost, forecasting customer spending, and determining the optimal mix of marketing channels.
– Conduct research, generate hypotheses, and run A/B tests to present your findings clearly and effectively to highlight the importance of your insights.
– Monitor and analyze performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics to inform decision-making across the organization.
– Create data visualizations and reports that are easily understood by business and product teams.
– Assist in planning necessary data structures.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as a data/marketing analyst.
– Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
– Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
– Familiarity with digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google.
– Knowledge of marketing attribution platforms is a plus.
– Experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
– Ability to design and conduct A/B tests.
– Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
– Fluent in English.
