Activate Care, a leader in proactive social risk management solutions, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Our mission is to improve whole-person care by addressing social drivers of health (SDOH) through our cloud-based care management platform. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in empowering customers and internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by generating data solutions and providing actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
– Develop data solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
– Interpret data and communicate findings through effective storytelling
– Contribute to the development of reusable data assets
– Troubleshoot issues with existing and new data products and integrations
– Mentor peers on both technical and non-technical aspects of analytical work
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, computer science, etc.)
– 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing analytical role
– Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases
– Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
– Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
– Comfortable presenting analyses to both internal and external stakeholders
– Ability to understand, communicate, and work effectively with diverse communities
Nice to Haves:
– Experience with DBT and other data-related technologies (Airflow, Airbyte, etc.)
– Interest in developing, evaluating, and deploying predictive models
