Position Overview:
As a Senior Engineering Manager at OneStudyTeam, you will lead a team of engineers and drive the development of our innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and continuously improve our agile engineering process
• Recruit and hire engineers in alignment with our company values
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and customer teams to deliver user-centric products
• Nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture that embodies our team values
• Be actively involved in the architecture and design of our solutions
• Manage a team of up to 5 engineers
• Support the growth and development of our engineering team
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a track record of successfully delivering products using Agile methodologies
• Experience working remotely, as our engineering team is distributed with a remote-first approach
• Proficiency in SaaS engineering principles
• Strong technical skills and ability to effectively communicate with engineers
• Experience or keen interest in healthcare products
