Position: Senior Product Designer at intent
Job Description:
intent is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us with Visual and Interaction Design. With over 10+ years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and building apps for IoT and connected devices, we operate in an agency mode, supporting international clients in creating IoT apps. Our work bridges the gap between physical hardware and digital applications. Some of our recent projects include apps for a manicure machine, brainwave-monitoring headphones, a smart ring for women’s health and well-being, and a leading audio equipment brand in need of complex app rebranding.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work in interdisciplinary project teams that include project managers, designers, developers, and QAs. Our projects typically run from 3 to 9 months, focusing on MVPs and app redesigns.

We are seeking someone who has:
– Expertise in designing micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
– A passion for mobile technology with in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines.
– Mastery of Figma and experience in Design Systems creation.
– Strong presentation skills, confidently explaining design decisions to clients with English B2/C1 proficiency at least.
– A balance of artistic approach with usability and accessibility knowledge.

📋 What You’ll Do?
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for:
– Taking ownership of the design part, including UI, UX, and interaction prototyping.
– Creating visual guidelines based on the client’s branding or from scratch during art-direction workshops.
– Creating and owning basic design systems.
– Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
– Planning and conducting workshops with clients to align requirements or brainstorm and refine ideas.
– Ensuring Figma serves as clear and comprehensive design documentation for the team and the client.
– Working closely with developers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and that the implementation aligns with your vision.
– Leading client presentations to showcase your designs and ensure the client embraces your vision.
– Supporting the sales team and Team Leader in creating design effort estimates.
– Contributing to developing internal best practices & design workflow.
