Type of Employment: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Period of Performance: 16 December 2024 – 31 May 2025
Estimated Pay: $55.00/hr to $58.00/hr
Working Hours: Typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility and potential for after-hours/weekend work (not to exceed 40 hours per week or 1008 hours total)
Summary:
Fidelity Partners is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our Administrative Applications SharePoint team and work on developing enhancements and providing support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application. This position will involve working with Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI reports.
Mandatory Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Physics, or Chemistry
– 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Application Development
– Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
– Knowledge of Agile development processes and sprint planning
– Experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
– Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend data storage
– Experience developing Power Automate Flows and Desktop Flows
– Understanding of Dataverse tables and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
Highly Desired Qualifications:
– Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
– Experience with Power BI reports
– Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, consulting with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
– Investigate and troubleshoot problem areas
– Design and implement system specifications and standards
– Install and deploy solutions
