Your Mission
As a member of our agile and self-organizing development and machine learning team, your daily responsibilities will include:
– Developing and maintaining our AI-powered contract analysis platform
– Designing, implementing, and testing new features
– Optimizing our microservices architecture for scalability and performance
– Collaborating with our product team to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
– Participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes
– Architecting AI-enabled features with our team
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
– At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
– Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS, etc…)
– Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
– Ability to build a full feature from frontend to backend
– Experience with databases (SQL) and APIs
– Nice to have: Experience with MLOps and AI
– Fluent English and ideally German
– European working permit
– A quick learning ability and the courage and creativity to tackle complex challenges
– A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a flexible attitude
