Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand across various digital and offline platforms. You will work closely with our social media, content, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital & Social Media Design:
– Design graphics for social media posts, stories, digital ads, website banners, and email campaigns.
– Ensure designs meet platform-specific requirements and maintain a cohesive online brand presence.
2. Website Design & Maintenance:
– Create visuals for website pages, including homepage banners, infographics, icons, and other graphic elements.
– Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates and maintain visual consistency.
3. Offline & Print Material Design:
– Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, product packaging, and promotional items.
– Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality printed results.
4. Brand Consistency & Visual Standards:
– Develop and follow brand guidelines to ensure all materials reflect the brand identity.
– Update visual guidelines as needed to keep the brand style relevant and impactful.
5. Competitive Research & Industry Trends:
– Conduct ongoing research on design trends, competitor visual styles, and best practices.
– Implement fresh ideas and maintain our brand’s visual competitiveness.
6. Collaborative Content Development:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into visually compelling graphics.
– Maintain open communication to ensure designs align with overall campaign and business goals.
7. Project Management & Asset Organization:
– Manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery.
– Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets for future use.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
– Experience with AI design tools.
– Knowledge of software processes and platform-specific designs.
– Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
– Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
– Team player, open to feedback, and collaborative.
