Junior Art Director & Graphic Designer – Remote Position
Fresh Prints is a thriving custom apparel startup based in New York City. Our unique business model involves partnering with students to build their own businesses on their college campuses. Our innovative approach has helped us achieve significant growth, and we are now looking for a talented Junior Art Director & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
As part of the Creative Team, you will play a crucial role in our continued success by working closely with the Growth Team to develop a strong visual identity for our brand. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from creating effective marketing content to developing a world-class brand. Your creativity and critical thinking skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Revenue Team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with team objectives
– Engage in team-wide discussions about campaign strategy and approach
– Use critical thinking skills to interpret project briefs, consider audience preferences, and incorporate feedback to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes
– Collaborate with the Design Team and Copywriters to create strong campaign assets that align with the Revenue Team’s goals
– Conceptualize graphics for various mediums, including email, social media, and landing pages
– Create on-brand assets for other teams’ initiatives as needed
– Test graphics on different platforms to ensure optimal performance
– Manage graphic design timelines to ensure timely execution
– Stay up-to-date with current content trends in our industry to keep our brand relevant
– Incorporate feedback to amend designs
– Act as a gatekeeper for our brand
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
– 2-4+ years of experience in graphic design, art, or creative direction
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
– Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Self-motivated and excited to work on a variety of projects
– Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

– This is a remote position based in the Philippines
– This is a salaried role, not an hourly role
– Availability for meetings, emails, and Hangouts is required during the following times:
– November – March:
– Philippines: 5PM – 1AM PHT
– US: 4AM – 12PM EST
– March – November:
– Philippines: 4PM – 12AM PHT
– US: 4AM – 12PM EST
