Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our current, emerging, and future solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data, scalable architecture, and generative AI technologies to further enhance our competitive advantage in collecting and diagnosing WiFi health in various situations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with product managers, customer experience team members, and customers to understand and solve their pain points, as well as experiment and prototype solutions using new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy solutions to advance RouteThis solutions
– Participate in architectural and system design discussions with other engineering team members
– Mentor less experienced team members
– Lead by example and demonstrate the skills and behaviors expected of a senior engineering team member
– Work closely with product managers, customer experience team members, and customers to better understand key problems to be solved
– Experiment and prototype solutions that utilize new technologies, such as generative AI, to extend our competitive advantage
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in full stack development, including backend and frontend solutions
– Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces for a team to deliver together
– Experience using observability tooling to monitor mobile application performance
– Experience with continuous delivery and supporting it effectively
– Ability to develop rapidly while maintaining quality practices
– Experience mentoring less experienced developers
– Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
– Familiarity with technologies used in the RouteThis stack, including AWS lambda, Node.js, Python, OpenAI, and React
– Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks, with practical experience incorporating these features to provide value to customers, is an asset
