Opportunity:
Deepgram is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team and support our customers, prospects, and community. In this role, you will use cutting-edge AI techniques to deliver world-class deep learning solutions and automate support processes. You will work closely with our go-to-market team, researchers, and other engineers to identify technologies and workflows that streamline the support experience for our customers. Your work will involve solving customer issues by building automated solutions and creating new training data. You will also have the opportunity to engage with prospective and current customers, triage immediate issues, and make improvements to our production codebase to enhance the overall customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering unique solutions, advising on integration best practices, leveraging technology to drive business value, and providing exceptional customer support.
What You’ll Do:
– Use your technical expertise to solve complex customer challenges
– Work directly with customers, prospects, and community members to understand their market and product needs
– Utilize your natural curiosity to develop solutions for clients
– Serve as the technical lead throughout the customer lifecycle
– Quickly build prototypes for customers in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
– Educate and guide customers on best practices for using our highly technical product

Requirements:
– Strong engineering background with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript
– Ability to learn and deploy technical solutions in a variety of technical stacks
– Experience delivering software demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, developers, and non-technical users
– Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to win and expand business through technical solutions
– Demonstrated problem-solving skills
– Experience building and supporting software products
Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, and HuggingFace models
