Your Superpowers:
– Strategic business thinking: You have a strong understanding of the business case behind a problem and can make practical decisions to solve it.
– Code refactoring expertise: You are skilled at tackling legacy code and making small refactorings without breaking it.
– Problem-solving mentality: You take ownership of tasks and go above and beyond to complete them, viewing yourself as a problem solver rather than just a coder.
– Master of great code quality: You understand the importance of code quality and can produce high-quality code without relying solely on frameworks.
– Extensive technology stack: You have experience with test-driven development, MySQL/MariaDB, docker and containers, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and quality tools (e.g. phpstan, sonarlint, phpcs, psalm, deptrac) is a plus.
– Communication skills: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our international team.
Qualifications:
This position is not suitable for individuals who have less than 3 years of experience in software development, view coding as a simple activity, cannot write high-quality code without a modern framework, casually make changes without understanding the impact, or struggle to take ownership and make decisions.
