We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on front-end development to lead the future of our front-end architecture and tech stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building responsive and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to deliver seamless and visually stunning user experiences.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Luxury Presence, you will play a crucial role in guiding our growing team as we develop technology that will power the real estate industry for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
– Architect user-friendly, flexible, and highly scalable front-end platforms
– Possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript
– Have a great eye for design
– Join the company during a period of significant scaling
– Work with a team of talented engineers
– Lead the development of front-end architecture for next-generation web applications
– Drive product and feature ideas
– Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience with web application frameworks such as NodeJS, React, Angular, Next, or similar
– Experience with GraphQL is a plus
– Proven ability to design and build distributed, highly scalable, and robust UIs and platforms
– Hands-on experience building front-end platforms that integrate with RESTful and/or GraphQL back-ends
– Experience with data-driven architecture and systems design, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture
– Proficient in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability
– Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
– Solid experience working with major databases such as MongoDB and Postgres
– Strong command of HTML and CSS
– Experience working in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD) model, including GitHub and CI pipeline automation tools
– Experience with AWS (both running workloads and use of AWS services)
– Excellent programming skills and strong end-to-end development experience
– Keen sense of UI/UX
– Strong grasp of software design, architectural patterns, and effective development methodologies
– Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative team environments
Preferred Skills:
– Experience building front-end platforms for real estate and/or marketing products
– Working with offshore teams
– Familiarity with social media APIs and 3rd party integrations
– Hands-on experience with server-side languages (e.g. Java, Ruby, Kotlin)
