Senior Software Engineer – Procore Technologies

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform team. As a key member of the team, you will work on high-impact and cross-functional projects that will have a direct impact on all of Procore’s web products. You will collaborate with Principal Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers to drive evolutionary change within our Web Platform and develop new platform capabilities to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, build, and test developer tools, SDKs, and platform features for Procore’s Web Platform
– Drive adoption of new features and technologies through automation
– Utilize data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for platform growth
– Work closely with Product teams to design and implement new platform capabilities
– Contribute to the technical roadmap for the team, identifying areas for improvement and leading cross-team solutions
– Write well-crafted, well-tested, and maintainable code
– Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to other UI engineers within Procore
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming, Test Driven Development, and System Design
– Strong experience in designing and building software that enhances developer productivity and efficiency
– Passion for creating solutions that are easy to adopt
– Excellent documentation skills and ability to bring clarity to complex solutions
– Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
– Fluent in spoken and written English
Additional Information:
This position reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager and is located in the Czech Republic. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.
