We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team and help us turn our mission into reality. As a Product Designer at Job&Talent, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our product, from new disruptive ideas to detailed iterations on micro-interactions. Your work will bridge the gap between technology and humans, improving the user experience in the staffing world.
Responsibilities:
– Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating research insights into ideas and designing workflows and detailed interactions
– Sketch and prototype ideas to assess viability and create high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch and Figma
– Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to define solutions and support development and launch
– Take ownership of the success or failure of your design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work
– Share your learnings through writing, presenting, and collaborating with the team
– Contribute proactively to identify improvement opportunities in our processes, tools, and ceremonies
– Design, maintain, and work within Job&Talent’s design system
Qualifications:
– Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites
– Experience designing experiences for different devices, such as desktop, tablet, and phone
– Understanding of the entire product development process, from problem-solving to detailed UI and visual design
– Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, etc. to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
– Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
– Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and take ownership of your work
– Deep knowledge of UX/UI patterns and product design and development life cycle
– Fluent in English, Spanish is highly desired
