Software Engineer – OneStudyTeam
OneStudyTeam, a Reify Health company, is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team. Our company specializes in accelerating clinical trials and increasing the chance of new therapies being approved, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes. Our cloud-based platform, StudyTeam, is trusted by the largest global biopharmaceutical companies and used in over 6,000 research sites across 100 countries. We are looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for continuous learning and a strong ability to solve complex problems. Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code for our cloud-based application
• Strive for technological excellence through the use of modern tools, processes, and standards
• Work closely with our Design and Product teams to bring new features to life
• Support team members in a collaborative and virtual environment
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs
• Utilize modern infrastructure essentials such as AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment, preferably with SaaS products
• Experience in functional programming and a passion for learning and growth
• Real-world experience with functional programming languages such as Clojure, Haskell, Lisp, or F#
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a virtual setting
• Comfortable with modern infrastructure and common development tools and processes
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinical trials, and/or HIPAA Compliance is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
