Salary: 25.000-38.000 PLN net per month (B2B cooperation)
Our client, a fast-growing AI-first startup, is seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team. They are committed to using cutting-edge technology to simplify life’s complexities and empower individuals to focus on what truly matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable AI-driven web applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intelligent, user-focused features.
• Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Incorporate user feedback to refine and enhance features for optimal usability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in full-stack development, specifically with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Interest in AI technologies and a willingness to learn and integrate AI-driven models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused development approach.
• Team-oriented attitude with a humble and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on customer-facing solutions.
• Background in integrating AI features or data-driven applications.
