Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Taroko, you will play a crucial role in making our platform more user-friendly, effective, and enjoyable. You will also contribute to our rebranding efforts as we expand our product offerings beyond legal forms. With the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one, this position offers a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize your expertise in human behavior and design to improve conversion rates through implementing a new UI/UX strategy, introducing design changes, and applying UX theory to optimize our entire site.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Work with external design agencies to enhance our design practices.
• Assist in evolving our brand and visual applications across all aspects of the company, including marketing and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience at a design agency or internet company.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS desktop/mobile web design.
• Exceptional UI and UX skills, with a focus on UX.
• Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Framer.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of UX design best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
