Brand Designer at Phantom – Fostering Accessibility and Inclusivity in Crypto
Phantom is a design-driven company that prioritizes the security, user-friendliness, and accessibility of cryptocurrency. Our crypto wallet, utilized by millions of individuals, enables access to apps and financial services on the Solana, Ethereum, and Polygon blockchains. As a Brand Designer at Phantom, you will have the opportunity to revolutionize the world of crypto by breaking down entry barriers through human-centered design.
This is a full-time position, open to individuals residing in US and EU time zones. Currently, we are unable to support employees from Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead brand design for product and feature development, collaborating with product managers, engineers, product designers, marketing, support, and executive leadership.
– Transform complex concepts into user-friendly designs for our 2M+ desktop and mobile users.
– Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Phantom, crypto wallets, and web3.
– Elevate the standard of quality for crypto UX, making it more accessible for everyday users.
– Design brand elements with simplicity, elegance, and effective communication in mind.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 6 years of experience as a brand design generalist.
– Ability to present work to creative teams and leaders, effectively communicating goals and concepts.
– Proficient in motion and visual design, with expertise in desktop and mobile UI, color, layout, typography, and iconography.
– Experience in leading brand direction and strategic thinking, establishing brand objectives, identifying opportunities, and making user-focused decisions.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
The salary for this role falls between the range of $165K – $200K, determined by factors such as skillset, relevant experience, interview performance, and market conditions at the time of the offer. Apply link
