Visual Designer at LayerZero, a leading blockchain company, is seeking a talented individual to join our team. Our mission is to make decentralized technology more accessible, scalable, seamless, and truly omnichain. We prioritize design and are looking for a Visual Designer to help us create beautiful and functional experiences.
About the Role:
As a Visual Designer, you will work across various products, apps, and campaigns to ensure that our designs are visually stunning. You will play a crucial role in shaping our design system, creating UI libraries, and bringing our launches to life with eye-catching visuals. This position involves both hands-on design work and collaboration with Product and Brand Designers to maintain a consistent and cohesive experience.
What You’ll Do:
– Develop and maintain UI libraries for our products, apps, and website to maintain a polished and unified look.
– Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Brand Designers on various projects such as feature designs, social media, events, and larger scale campaigns.
– Expand our design system by creating scalable and consistent assets that work across all touchpoints.
– Design assets for product launches and announcements, including graphics and visuals for campaigns.
About You:
– A portfolio showcasing your ability to create clean, effective, and impactful visuals.
– Experience working with design systems or building UI libraries.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into resonating designs.
– Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
– Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space (however, we are willing to teach if you are eager to learn).
– Experience with SaaS, dashboards, or developer tools.
– Motion graphics or animation skills (not required, but a plus).
