Job Description:
As a Mobile Software Engineer on our Signal Collection Team within the Advice & Intelligence POD, you will play a crucial role in developing prototypes and evaluating new technologies to enhance Entersekt’s products. This role requires a passion for research and development, the ability to work on early-stage projects, and a desire to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement mobile prototypes and proof-of-concept projects using iOS, Android, and full-stack technologies
– Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with Entersekt’s strategic goals
– Research and evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks for potential use in our products
– Contribute to backend development using TypeScript-based systems and web technologies as needed
– Participate in architectural discussions and provide insights on mobile engineering, security, and best practices
– Take feedback from stakeholders and team members to continuously improve prototypes and POCs
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile development with proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C
– Full-stack development experience, including knowledge of TypeScript (Node.js) back-end systems and web technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue
– Experience building POCs and prototypes in a fast-paced R&D environment
– Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks (iOS and Android)
– Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns, SOLID principles, and software design fundamentals
– Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban
– Knowledge of mobile security best practices and secure coding techniques
– Experience with RESTful API design and integration
– Experience with hybrid mobile development frameworks (e.g., Cordova, Ionic)
– Knowledge of mobile SDK API design and development
– Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization in a mobile environment
– Understanding of cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI) is a plus
