🛠 Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing functionality and user experience.
– Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and scope new features and improvements.
– Communicate with customers through various channels to announce new features, address issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
– Work with stakeholders to prioritize feature enhancements and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
– Create comprehensive documentation, training materials, and product guides to facilitate seamless onboarding and usage.
– Conduct check-in meetings with customers to guide them through the product and improve their understanding and usage.
– Identify process gaps and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
– Contribute to the overall operational excellence of the product by streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.
– Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product enhancements and bug fixes.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of product operations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Continuously evaluate user feedback and incorporate insights to enhance the product’s usability and customer satisfaction.
🙌 Requirements:
– Must be based in Europe and authorized to work without sponsorship.
– Availability to work remotely.
– 1-3 years of experience as a Product Operations Analyst or similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
– Familiarity with product lifecycle management principles and methodologies.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams.
– Knowledge of product management frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
– Familiarity with project management tools and software.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
– Continuous learning mindset.
– Fluency in additional European languages is preferred.
– Flexibility for occasional travel.
💯 Preferred Qualifications:
– Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains.
– Previous experience in a product-focused role within the fintech industry.
– Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
– Understanding of financial data security and privacy regulations.
– Familiarity with risk management principles and methodologies.
– Understanding of sanctions screening processes and industry-standard sanction lists.
– Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices.
– Familiarity with customer support systems and workflows.
– Experience with implementing and optimizing KPIs.
