We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Signal Processing team at Entersekt. As a leader in mobile authentication, mobile app security, and payments enablement technology, Entersekt is seeking a passionate individual to join our team. This is a strategic role with a future path to becoming a Team Lead in our Advice & Intelligence POD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing high-performance systems, with a focus on cloud technologies like AWS, machine learning, and large-scale data processing. They should also enjoy working in an agile environment and solving complex problems.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the products developed by the Signal Processing team, which are essential to Entersekt’s innovation pipeline. This team is responsible for processing signals and data at scale to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our authentication and fraud detection systems. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of secure, scalable microservices and provide input on technical direction, architecture, and design.
As a successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Golang, and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles. You should also have experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and be familiar with key AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. Knowledge of large-scale data processing technologies, such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, are also required.
In addition, you should have exposure to machine learning workflows and an understanding of how to integrate ML models into production systems. A strong understanding of software architecture and experience building and scaling microservices for high-performance environments is also necessary. Familiarity with security best practices and automated testing is highly valued, as well as experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership.
