Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of demand generation and campaigns, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing marketing performance through advanced analyses. This role will also support cross-channel marketing efforts and use data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize data and marketing principles to create descriptive and predictive analyses, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and develop customer segmentation strategies to optimize marketing programs.
– Support cross-channel marketing efforts by providing insights to channel leads and the organization as a whole.
– Perform data-driven analyses and develop models to improve direct marketing efforts, including name selection and relevant modeling techniques.
– Define, track, and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as CAC, ROI, and Marketing Efficiency.
– Collaborate with executives and stakeholders across the organization, using analysis and compelling presentations to influence decision-making.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in a STEM or related field preferred.
– 1+ years of experience in data and business analytics in the consumer lending industry.
– Working knowledge of Credit Risk principles and familiarity with credit bureau data.
– Experience with Machine Learning models, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques.
– Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, MySQL, RStudio, and Tableau.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
