Job Summary:
As a People Data Analyst at ABBYY, you will play a critical role in improving people programs and processes through data analysis. You will work with various datasets to identify trends and patterns, and communicate your findings to key stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
– Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the People Leadership Team and Business Stakeholders.
– Utilize data visualization best practices to produce high-quality presentations and deliverables.
– Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline the reporting process and support ad-hoc requests and strategic initiatives.
– Analyze HR data from various sources, such as HiBob and Greenhouse, to identify trends, patterns, and relationships related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance, diversity, workforce management, and other HR metrics.
2. Strategic Insights and Recommendations
– Collaborate with the broader People Team to develop data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
– Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic initiatives.
– Provide analytical support for HR initiatives and projects.
– Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and department heads, to align people analytics with business objectives and priorities.
– Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives by analyzing historical data and predicting future trends in areas such as headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition.
3. System and Tool Optimization
– Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through data analysis.
– Stay updated on the latest HR analytics tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
4. Compliance and Data Security
– Ensure all HR data analytics processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
– Protect sensitive employee information by following data security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
– 4+ years of experience in operations measurement and analytics functions.
– Extensive data and analytical expertise, including knowledge of industry best practices and measurement standards.
– Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
– Experience working with standard data analytics and visualization tools.
– Experience working with HRIS systems, experience with HiBob is a plus.
– Effective communication, influencing, and change management skills.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
– General knowledge of the HR domain and core processes (e.g., benefits, payroll, onboarding, learning).
– Ability to work with highly confidential data.
Salary Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
