About the Role:
As a Business Intelligence Engineer II at Pathward, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting the maintenance of Business Intelligence applications and/or infrastructure. You will analyze data against business requirements and ensure quality in our technology stack, helping us to unleash the power of data for informed decision-making.
What You Will Do:
– Analyze data requirements across the enterprise, consulting with stakeholders on IT needs and translating them into analytics/reporting requirements.
– Create and maintain systems for data collection and analysis, including dashboards and reports.
– Develop processes for data sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.
– Provide support for Pathward’s Business Intelligence technologies and recommend improvements.
– Work closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality, and operational support functions.
– Contribute to estimates and deliver against them in a timely manner.
– Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
– Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current on emerging trends.
– Ensure the quality of applications and/or infrastructure technologies through testing and following IT standards and guidelines.
– Identify and report risks to technologies.
– Understand and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity for supported technologies.
– Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards.
– Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
– Typically 3+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
– Experience with data sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.
– Knowledge of IT security standards.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Salary:
The salary range for this role is $57,582.12 – $106,345.10. Individual pay within the range will be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
