Product Designer – INGENIOUS.BUILD

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating and refining user interfaces for the Financial tools and functionalities of our platform. You will collaborate closely with our product management and engineering teams to develop impactful designs and ensure seamless integration into our platform.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces for Financial tools and functionalities
– Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
– Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
– Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement
– Conduct competition research to inform design decisions
– Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications
– Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product
– Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery
– Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role
– Demonstrated strong teamwork skills and a problem-solving attitude
– Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
– Proficiency in Figma
– Ability to create and maintain Design System
– Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and an ownership mentality
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience with B2B web applications is a plus
