Position: UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities:
– Conduct research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with our brand and improve functionality.
– Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
– Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into designs.
– Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to both technical and non-technical team members.
– Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
