Role Summary:

As a Junior Cloud Delivery Engineer, you will play a vital role in helping global companies embrace the latest private cloud infrastructure, Linux and cloud native operations, and open source applications. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about solving customer problems through architecture, presentations, and training. This role offers diverse responsibilities and the opportunity to work with a wide range of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and deploy private and public cloud solutions for external customers
– Act as a Linux and cloud solutions architect for customers, providing insights and recommendations for their workload needs
– Work hands-on with technologies like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack, Ceph, Hadoop, and Spark
– Develop Kubernetes operators and use Python to create Linux open source infrastructure-as-code
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture
– Work remotely from the comfort of your home
– Travel globally up to 25% of the time for internal and external events

Qualifications:

– Practical knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and networking
– Experience in AI/ML and MLOps
– Sound understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, etc.
– Intermediate level of Python programming skills
– Dynamic individual with a demonstrated drive for continual learning
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
– Strong organizational skills and ability to follow-up reliably on commitments
– University degree in Computer Science or related software engineering expertise
– Professional proficiency in Spanish
