Position: Senior Graphic Designer at Customer Experience Group (Remote, Lebanon)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a global business with a presence in 70 countries and over 15 years of industry experience, we work with some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands to elevate their customer experience and drive business performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning content for our B2B and thought leadership initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Design for Social Media:
– Develop compelling posts, carousels, and graphics that align with our brand identity
– Utilize advanced photo editing techniques and Adobe Photoshop to enhance visuals
– Ensure consistency and brand alignment in all social media designs
2. Thought Leadership and Report Design:
– Create innovative layouts and visual elements for professional reports using Adobe InDesign
– Enhance complex written content with infographics and charts
– Innovate on long-form designs for readability and aesthetic appeal
3. PowerPoint Presentations:
– Design visually engaging slides for both internal and external audiences
– Transform data-heavy content into digestible and visually appealing presentations
– Support the commercial, data science, and research teams in upscaling reports and proposals
4. AI-Assisted Design:
– Utilize tools like MidJourney to create unique and brand-consistent visuals
– Seamlessly integrate AI-generated imagery into our content strategy
5. Internal Communications Support:
– Quickly produce visually appealing content for internal updates and team communications
– Ensure materials are easily repurposable by internal stakeholders
6. Illustration and Vector Design:
– Create vector-based designs and web-ready SVGs using Adobe Illustrator
– Design infographics and icons to elevate digital and print assets
Requirements:
– Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Strong skills in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling
– Proficiency in PowerPoint design principles
– Precision and consistency in creating high-quality, brand-aligned visuals
– Ability to think outside the box and innovate for creative problem-solving
Experience:
– 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within consultancy or B2B environments
– Proven experience with long-form design, including InDesign reports and whitepapers
– Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, or XD is a plus
