We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Design Associate to join our dynamic design team. As the Visual Design Associate, you will play a crucial role in producing engaging and cohesive visuals for various media platforms, including digital, print, and social channels. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop high-quality visuals for digital and print mediums that align with Reliance Health’s branding and design guidelines.
– Assist in creating internal marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
– Ensure consistency across all projects and internal communications by adhering to brand guidelines.
– Keep up to date with industry trends to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
– Work closely with external print vendors to ensure production quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
– Experience: 2-4 years of experience in visual design.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or other collaborative tools is a plus.
– Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
– Creativity: A keen eye for design, color, and layout.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking work for accuracy and quality, including spelling, alignment, and formatting.
– Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and receiving constructive feedback.
– Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar software (optional).
