Position: User Experience (UX) Engineer/Designer at Bask
Location: Remote
Bask, a leading software company, is seeking a highly motivated and innovative User Experience (UX) Engineer/Designer to join our team. As a UX Engineer/Designer, you will work closely with the CEO, Director of Design, and our remote team to design and build the software infrastructure for our telehealth platform.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align design strategies
– Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences
– Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts
– Evaluate and analyze existing UI to identify areas for improvement
– Streamline complex workflows and information architecture to enhance user experience
– Ensure new design aligns with company’s brand identity and values
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users
– Stay up-to-date with UX design trends and best practices
– Continuously enhance software through design improvements
Qualifications:
– Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role
– Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
– Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
– Familiarity with software development processes
– Excellent communication skills and ability to defend design decisions to stakeholders
– Creative mindset and problem-solving skills
