Position: Business Analyst

– Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
– Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver value.
– Create detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps.
– Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Soft Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
– Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
– Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Hard Skills:
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital transformation projects.
– Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira and similar.
– Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
– Basic understanding of app development and database structures is a plus.
– Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
– Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.
