Job Description:
Loyal Guru is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to transform ideas into captivating visuals that tell a story and resonate across the retail and grocery industries. Your role will involve creating a variety of design projects, from lead generation and nurturing campaigns to sales enablement assets. You will have the power to shape visuals that not only support our business objectives but also drive sales to new heights. Responsibilities:
• Create visually compelling assets, including graphics and videos, for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Ensure consistency and creativity in all visual materials as the guardian of Loyal Guru’s brand.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client departments, to bring ideas to life.
• Design engaging content, such as decks, guides, PDFs, blog visuals, email assets, and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and continuously improve our visual approach.
Requirements:
• Mastery of Figma, with the ability to create both beautiful and functional designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of creating and optimizing content for LinkedIn and staying on top of trends.
• Expertise in using Canva for quick and effective designs.
• 1-2 years of experience in crafting visuals for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing your talent.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Google Slides, InDesign, and Photoshop for creating compelling layouts.
• Knowledge of creating attention-grabbing animations.
• Proficiency in photo retouching, including color correction, cropping, and recomposition.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and how they can enhance design workflow.
