Position: Senior UX Researcher, Accounts and Growth

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our Accounts and Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mixed-methods research and leveraging data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving our product experiences. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end research process for Accounts and Growth, including identifying research opportunities, recruiting participants, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings
– Partner with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and address research needs throughout the product lifecycle
– Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover actionable user insights
– Synthesize research findings and collaborate with other analytics functions to effectively communicate user stories based on data
– Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic narratives through compelling storytelling and creative artifacts
– Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
– Support the development and maintenance of a research roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives for Accounts and Growth
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering
– Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a related field (Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology)
– Proficiency in mixed-methods research, including surveys, field studies, usability tests, interviews, etc.
– A portfolio showcasing your research process and its impact on an organization, team, product, or feature
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience with remote testing tools
– Curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs and behaviors
– Bonus points for familiarity with advanced quantitative methods and data analysis tools/programming languages
Location:
Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, but open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. Remote candidates will also be considered.
