Position: User Experience Designer II

Precision Medicine Group is looking for a talented User Experience Designer II to join our digital team and work on our Account Solutions AccessGenius implementations. This role is crucial in helping our biopharmaceutical clients optimize their sales and marketing strategies through interactive platforms and tools. As a UX Designer II, you will have the opportunity to excel in areas such as UX design, project management, organization, communication, critical thinking, and biopharmaceutical commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with mentors and leadership to understand project requirements and manage creative design projects
– Design content for digital sales presentations, email, and print materials to support Precisions market access pull-through products
– Stay updated on current and future design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles and software/technologies
– Create visually appealing layouts with text, iconography, and images to effectively deliver a message
– Modify existing designs and provide proofing and revisions as needed
– Develop and execute project plans, communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to keep projects on track
– Provide design support to the Account Solutions team for marketing and training activities
– Present and explain design concepts to internal clients
– Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), Figma, html, and Sketch to create designs
– Work independently to create finished projects for medical, legal, and regulatory review, as well as integration into sales presentations
– Maintain high-quality work and look for ways to improve processes while meeting project deadlines
– Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate ideas and concepts
– Develop an understanding of market and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilities
– Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables
– Assist with training and consultation for partner team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices
– Mentor team members and provide audit support for the Delivery Enablement team
Qualifications:
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in UX or Creative Design
– 3-6 years of experience (including internships)
– Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and potentially outside of standard hours if necessary
– Reliable internet connection
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Ability to travel up to 5%
Preferred:
– Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, as well as project management software
– Project coordination experience
– Basic knowledge of html for design files
