High Alpha Innovation is seeking a dynamic and driven entrepreneur for the role of CTO and Co-Founder at our newest venture, currently known as StealthCo. As an AI-powered SaaS platform, StealthCo is revolutionizing healthcare compliance by democratizing regulatory knowledge and simplifying compliance processes for healthcare professionals. Leveraging advanced AI/ML technologies, StealthCo delivers innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce compliance risks, and improve patient care and safety.
As CTO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading our technical and product strategy, working closely with the High Alpha Innovation team and leveraging their expertise and network. You will have the opportunity to join a mission-driven team and shape the future of healthcare compliance through cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and implement StealthCo’s technical strategy, aligning with business objectives
– Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
– Stay current with healthcare technology and AI/ML trends
– Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative healthcare compliance products
– Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap
– Develop scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant systems that integrate with healthcare IT and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
– Implement DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficient development
– Optimize LLM-driven solutions for scalability and efficiency
– Design reusable components with a focus on Responsible AI principles
– Manage deployment pipelines and ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows
– Develop technical documentation and refine Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
– Analyze post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
– Mentor technical team to maintain software quality and delivery velocity
– Negotiate strategic partnerships with technology vendors
– Align technical execution with business goals
– Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
– Participate in fundraising activities
Qualifications:
– Successful track record as CTO or similar role in a healthcare technology startup
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred)
– 10+ years of experience in engineering, ML, or software development, with a focus on AI/ML and NLP
– 2+ years of experience in designing and deploying LLM-based solutions
– Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and RegTech solutions
Technical Expertise:
– Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
– Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices
– Experience with transformer architectures and LLM Ops
– Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data
– Experience with NLP in regulatory or compliance contexts
Leadership and Strategic Skills:
– Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead technical teams
– Strong integrity and ethical decision-making
– Product and software development experience in SaaS and healthcare technology
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Customer-facing ability and experience in early-stage, venture-backed companies
– Venture capital fundraising experience preferred
