Job Description:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at ElevenLabs, you will play a crucial role in scaling our go-to-market operations. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from our offices in New York, London, or Warsaw if preferred. As part of our global team, you will collaborate with passionate and innovative individuals who are united by a shared goal: to be the first choice for AI audio solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure accurate and efficient use of CRM data.
– Support the global sales team by managing data and troubleshooting system issues.
– Build and maintain tools and automations within Salesforce to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
– Utilize SQL to create custom reports and visualizations to address key business questions.
– Work closely with sales, data, and product teams to understand their needs and develop scalable solutions.
– Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of revenue-related data.
– Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive scalability and efficiency across revenue operations.
Qualifications:

– Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator.
