Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and bring their fin-tech experience and skills to our technology stack.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with technical leadership and other developers to implement custody, compliance, operations, and post-trade settlement systems within our NodeJS-based backend architecture.
– Work with internal and external parties to integrate with blockchain systems and APIs.
– Design, maintain, and expand APIs through REST and GraphQL.
– Develop tool chain applications, agents, services, and client applications in NodeJS or similar.
– Utilize a variety of databases, SQL, and other storage technologies in NodeJS.
– Troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
– Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
– Follow Agile methodologies and use tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
– Develop interfaces using ReactJS and proficiently code in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
– Design and develop microservices-based architectures, particularly for complex systems.
– Understand key design principles and implement responsive and adaptive design.
– Write clean, tested code and document work for future reference.
– Utilize client-side JavaScript frameworks like lodash or underscore.
– Familiarity with testing tools like Jest or Mocha.
– Understand cross-browser compatibility issues and how to work around them.
– Use code versioning tools, specifically Git.
Qualifications:
– 7+ years of experience in engineering, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
– Extensive knowledge of NodeJS and common packages and architectures.
– Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both NodeJS and frontend development.
– Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
– Knowledge of designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
– Proven track record of developing interfaces with ReactJS.
– Proficient in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
– Thorough understanding of database, SQL, and other storage technologies in NodeJS.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience working in a fully remote environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
