About the Role:
As the Manager, Data & Impact, you will play a crucial role in helping All Raise measure and communicate our impact through data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with each team to track, analyze, and report on internal data, while also reviewing industry-level data to identify key insights. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and involves cross-functional collaboration with all All Raise teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Use data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive progress towards our mission
– Develop a user-friendly data system and ensure teams have access to accurate and reliable data
– Solve business problems using data-powered platforms and tools
– Maintain data integrity and provide support for data-related issues
– Pull data for teams as needed and train them on best practices for data capture
– Ensure consistency across all data tools and systems
– Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners to collect, analyze, and report on internal and industry data
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in data analytics
– Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and integrations
– Experience with business analytics, relational databases, and data visualizations
– Familiarity with project management tools and applications
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
– Experience in startups, tech, and/or venture capital preferred
