Location: Fully remote with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST
Salary Range: $43,429.00 – $65,143.00 per year

Role Description:
We are seeking a Reporting Analysis and Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working collaboratively with clients and internal staff to develop requirements for both regular and ad-hoc reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL experience and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients and internal staff to develop reporting requirements
– Develop and review reports to ensure high quality and timely delivery
– Track and manage report requests from clients
– Communicate effectively with internal and external resources to clarify requirements and resolve issues
– Maintain a master list of required reports by client, including deadlines and individuals responsible
– Create and maintain instructions for running routine reports
– Deliver reports to clients in a timely and accurate manner
– Contribute to team efforts and provide support as needed
– Develop and recommend ways to improve policies and procedures for maximum efficiency
– Coordinate internal meetings related to reporting
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– 1-3 years of experience in providing high level administrative support or related experience
– Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to troubleshoot common issues and learn new technology quickly
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Analytical skills to solve routine problems
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a variety of individuals
– Knowledge of relational databases, programming, and data mining management
– Previous experience in frequent report generation in a technological environment
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of SQL
