Oppizi is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Product Data Analyst to drive growth, activation, and retention through data-driven insights. As our Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in accelerating growth through data by providing insights on user behavior, retention, activation, and monetization. You will also work closely with our product team to build a truly data-driven approach to product development. Key Responsibilities:

– Monitor and analyze daily tracking and insights on user onboarding, adoption, and retention to inform real-time decision-making.
– Develop and maintain growth models and update key spreadsheets to analyze trends, retention, and unit economics.
– Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers by measuring the impact of new features, conducting A/B tests, and validating hypotheses.
– Manage and advocate for PostHog, our product analytics tool, to ensure maximum value is extracted from our data.
– Participate in product team meetings and ceremonies to ensure data-informed decision-making.
– Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis by combining user recordings, surveys, and behavior analytics to uncover insights.
– Partner with the marketing team to integrate customer acquisition data and track its impact on product growth, ROI, and unit economics.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

– 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
– Proven expertise in analyzing growth, retention, activation, and monetization using tools like Amplitude, PostHog, or Pendo.
– Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and PLG metrics.
– Advanced skills in SQL and spreadsheets, with experience in data structuring for analysis.
– Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
– Knowledge of event tracking, including event definitions and organization.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
– Certifications in growth/product analytics from reputable programs.
– Familiarity with AI-powered data analysis tools.
– Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics.
