Position: Senior Product Designer

After recently raising a $45M Series C financing led by Evolution Equity Partners, we are poised for rapid growth and seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team.
About the Role:
As our Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving the UX and UI strategy for our cybersecurity platform. Working closely with engineering, product, and security teams, you will design solutions that balance usability, technical complexity, and cutting-edge AI to ensure security analysts and engineers can efficiently interact with complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end product design from research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI
– Define and refine user workflows for security teams in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) using AI-powered security assistants
– Conduct user research to understand pain points in security operations
– Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design intuitive chatbot/copilot interactions
– Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products
– Work closely with engineering to ensure feasibility of designs
– Advocate for usability and accessibility in all design decisions
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or enterprise SaaS
– Prior experience in fast-paced startups, ideally in security (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, AI Copilots/Chatbots)
– Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX/UI solutions, preferably for security tools
– Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
– Familiarity with cybersecurity workflows and challenges faced by security teams
– Experience designing AI-driven or chatbot interfaces is a plus
– Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-moving environment
