Role Description:
As a Data Analyst at Extend, you will be a part of our Finance Analytics team. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Finance organization with data and financial reporting, obligor reporting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for overall business operations. You will have the opportunity to help scale our organization and will work closely with cross-functional teams to build data reports that meet business requirements. You will also support the Finance team and senior leadership in generating financial reports and other financial activities. Other key responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis, identifying data anomalies and providing solutions to product and engineering teams, and supporting BizOps and FP&A teams with financial analyses and reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a curious and entrepreneurial data analyst with strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and initiative. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in analytics, finance, or strategic operations with a digital product or service. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as well as experience with SQL and Python or R. Experience with finance and revenue forecasting is a plus, as well as familiarity with financial reporting and accounting. Experience in the retail, fintech, or insurance industries is also preferred. We value empathy and humility in our team members.

Expected Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year, salaried*
