Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java/Kotlin Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and improving functionalities in an agile environment using modern technologies such as JAVA/Kotlin, AWS, and JIRA. You will have the opportunity to work alongside top computer scientists, academics, and investment professionals. Additionally, you will collaborate with self-organised teams or other departments to implement ideas independently.
Qualifications:
– University degree in computer science or a related field of study
– Some experience in a professional development team or starting your career
– Strong understanding of technical basics
– Solid experience with Kotlin or Java
– Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
– Independent work attitude
– Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
– Enthusiasm for working in an international, English-speaking environment
– Familiarity with automation and clean code
– Knowledge/Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
