Job Description:
As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision and designing impactful experiences for our users. You will work closely with our founding team in a fast-paced startup environment and have the opportunity to influence how advanced technology integrates with patient and doctor interactions. Experience with AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas, balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
• Work with our AI teams to explore and integrate LLM and AI technologies into our products, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Set high standards for design quality, consistency, and usability across our product suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Qualifications:
• 7-12 years of experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex, enterprise-level products.
• Proven experience in designing for B2B SaaS products, particularly with large enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in one core area of design (UI/UX, interaction, or visual design) with strong competence across other design disciplines.
• Passion for user-centered design, with the ability and interest in conducting research to inform design decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of leading design initiatives and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools, with experience in Figma preferred.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts is a bonus, helping bridge advanced technology with intuitive design.
