Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head of Internal Systems and the rest of the team to maintain, administer, and enhance the NetSuite platform for optimal efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Manage daily system operations, configure user roles, maintain data integrity, and support the implementation of system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and develop and implement solutions using NetSuite tools, SuiteScript (JavaScript), and HTML.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Integrate systems using APIs and platforms such as Azure, ServiceNow, and Adobe Commerce Cloud.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Apply and promote best practices for NetSuite SuiteScript development.
• Support the organization’s scaling needs through logical and analytical problem-solving.
• Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and development.
• Strong understanding of workflow engines and JavaScript, with experience in these areas being advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and liaise with third-party providers for resolution.
• Knowledge and experience in SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0, and Workflows.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current IT practices, standards, and protocols.
• Familiarity with PHP, cXML, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and MySQL is desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
