Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist / Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of functioning independently in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in AI agent frameworks, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, and a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving. Proficiency in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and creating adaptable, goal-driven AI agents is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as CrewAI, N8N, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, OpenAI Swarm, PhiData, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Autogen, and more.
– Develop and integrate AI agents to address specific business needs, such as data warehousing and marketing applications.
– Apply reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and multi-agent systems to enhance agent autonomy and collaboration.
– Experiment with emerging technologies like generative AI and self-supervised learning to improve agent capabilities.
– Deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems on cloud and edge environments.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI agents into existing systems and workflows.
– Monitor and analyze AI agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
– Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in Agentic AI and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
– Ensure AI systems align with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
– Mitigate biases and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization’s AI policies and guidelines for responsible and ethical AI development.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
– Proven experience building and deploying AI agents using various frameworks.
– Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and goal-oriented AI.
– Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and integrating them into AI agent workflows.
– Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
– Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
– Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and reinforcement learning libraries (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib).
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
– Proficiency in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and edge environments.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with multi-agent systems and complex AI workflows.
– Experience using low code/no code tools such as lovable, bolt, etc.
– Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development principles.
– Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related conferences or journals.
– Knowledge and experience in integrating advanced perception techniques for real-time environment understanding (e.g., computer vision, NLP).
– Design reasoning algorithms that enable agents to optimize actions based on goals and constraints.
