Position: Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Role Description:
Shipt is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for cross-channel media performance analysis and reporting, with the goal of providing fast and accurate insights to inform marketing decisions. This role will play a crucial part in driving analytics-based channel investment recommendations and influencing decisions throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage ad-hoc marketing analysis and reporting
– Integrate media marketing analytics tools and agency partner inputs
– Act as a Marketing subject matter expert by conceptualizing and developing data-driven, actionable business analysis
– Provide updates on segment-level performance and optimization
– Maintain vendor relationships to source data and refresh models
– Tighten data integrations for specific attribution models
– Build and support dashboard outputs
– Collaborate on testing opportunities to gain insights across channels and tactics
– Utilize market data to understand changes in competition and business performance
– Provide hands-on, real-time analysis and recommendations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar STEM field
– 5 years of experience in strategic analytics
– Experience working with a variety of data sources, such as DMP, DSP, and ad server data
– Experience in Marketing Analytics
– Expertise in Tableau, Google Analytics, or a similar digital analytics tool
– Experience in a consulting or business advisory role
– Strong analytical skills and experience creating marketing reports
– Excellent attention to detail and executive presence
– Ability to develop relationships and drive influence
– Understanding of marketing channels
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangement:
Shipt offers a hybrid work arrangement for employees located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis. This means you have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office to facilitate innovation, collaboration, and team connections. In-office expectations will vary depending on your role and leader’s discretion. Some roles may require full-time in-office presence.

Pay Range:
Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City: $112,000-$224,000
All other locations: $93,000-$187,000
