The Role:
OUAI is seeking a skilled and versatile Junior Digital Designer to join our Creative team. Reporting to the Digital Designer and collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Digital and Brand Marketing teams, this position will be responsible for creating engaging assets for our digital platforms. The focus will be on producing data-driven performance marketing assets that balance insights with strengthening our brand identity.
This is a temp-to-hire position.
Requirements:
What You’ll Do:
– Bring OUAI’s brand identity to life across digital channels while maintaining consistency with all consumer touchpoints
– Execute digital designs for marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, with a focus on email and paid social media (stills and video)
– Collaborate with digital teams to make data-driven design decisions based on analytics
– Continuously refine email and ad content based on test results, research, and performance insights
– Structure files to optimize efficient workflow, review, and production
– Follow and maintain brand identity standards
What You’ll Bring:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Communication Arts
– 1+ year of experience working in a professional digital design setting, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
– Strong portfolio showcasing skills and experience in graphic design, video editing, typography, and color
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Figma
– Attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet brand standards
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines
– Flexibility and adaptability, able to shift seamlessly between projects and priorities based on business needs
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to absorb and apply feedback and proactively problem solve
– Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the OUAI brand and its mission
