We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to our Analytics Manager. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a team of expert data analysts, platform engineers, and data scientists to drive insights and innovation for our SEO business. Working closely with our SEO Leadership and Central SEO Team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive dashboards and developing advanced analytical solutions using tools like Python to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
– Reimagine Reporting: Optimize and streamline existing dashboard reporting to deliver sharper, more actionable insights.
– Turn Data into Strategy: Use your statistical and programming skills to aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, providing strategic recommendations that shape key business decisions.
– Spot Opportunities: Dive into diverse datasets to uncover trends in our products and the wider market, helping to prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential for growth.
– Redefine Success Metrics: Challenge and refine our current SEO KPI framework to align with broader business objectives and drive meaningful results.
– Fuel SEO Growth: Identify new growth opportunities within SEO, from refining keyword strategies to tracking algorithm changes, benchmarking against competitors, or enhancing on-page performance.
– Shape the Future of Analytics: Influence the evolution of SEO analytics by staying on top of the latest trends and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:
– Data Mastery: Strong expertise in SQL, statistics, and advanced data analytics methodologies, with a passion for uncovering insights that drive impact.
– Insight-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled at using data to shape business strategies, from A/B testing and benchmarking to pre- and post-campaign evaluations.
– Analytics Tools: Proficient in SQL, Python, and experienced with leading BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
– Skilled Communicator: Able to translate intricate analytical findings into clear, compelling recommendations that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
– SEO Savvy: A solid understanding of core SEO concepts, helping you connect data insights with SEO strategies to drive growth.
Nice-to-Haves:
– SEO Tools Know-How: Familiarity with key SEO metrics and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and MajesticSEO.
– SEO Analytics Experience: Previous experience in SEO analytics is a plus.
– Marketing Collaboration: Experience working closely with marketing teams and aligning data insights to support their strategies.
